Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made-to-order with love and attention to detail. Your order will be dispatched within 10-12 days after confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Within India: Delivery takes3-7 business daysafter dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery can take 7-15 business days, depending on customs clearance.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. You can check if your country is available at checkout.

3. What are the shipping charges?

Within India: Charges vary based on location (calculated at checkout).
International Orders: A flat ₹3,500shipping fee applies. But if your order is over ₹25,000, shipping is free!

4. Do I have to pay customs duties?

Product pricing and shipping fees don’t include customs duties. If your country applies any extra charges, you’ll need to pay them upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import rules to avoid surprises.

5. What if my order is returned due to incorrect address or customs issues?

If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, non-acceptance, or unpaid customs, we can re-ship it, but you'll need to cover the additional shipping cost.

If you choose not to re-ship, we’ll refund your order after deducting shipping costs (both ways) and any customs fees paid.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6. Can I return my order?

Since every piece is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns. But don’t worry—we do offer exchanges for size issues!

7. How do I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?

If your order doesn’t fit quite right, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Here’s how it works:

1.Email us at Connect@bhawyasuricouture.comwith your order details.
2.Send the item back to us.
3.Once we receive it, we’ll make the necessary adjustments or exchange it for the right size.
4.If the required size isn’t available, we’ll offer you a store credit instead.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Oh no! That’s not supposed to happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 24 hours with clear photos. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

9. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We don’t offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, or refusal to pay customs duties.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.

Custom Orders & Special Requests

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online banking. International payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within24 hours of placing the order. After that, we can’t cancel because production will already be in progress.

12. Can I modify my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes (like size or shipping details), reach out within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t guarantee modifications once production starts.

9. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. We don’t offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, or refusal to pay customs duties.

13. Do you take custom design requests?

Yes! We love creating something unique for you. If you have a specific design in mind, email us at Connect@bhawyasuricouture.com to discuss your idea.

14. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Absolutely! Let us know at checkout if you want gift wrapping or a handwritten note, and we’ll add that extra touch of love.
