REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At BHAWYA SURI, we put our heart into every design, making sure it’s something you’ll love. Since each piece is made just for you, we don’t offer returns—but we do our best to make sure you get what you need.

Size Exchanges

If your order doesn’t fit quite right, don’t worry—we offer size exchanges! Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You’ll need to send the product back to us, and once we receive it, we’ll make the necessary changes or exchange it for the right size.
  • If your desired size isn’t available, we’ll issue a store credit that you can use for a future purchase.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

This is rare, but if it happens, we’ve got you! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at Connect@bhawyasuricouture.com within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Send us clear pictures of the issue along with your order details.
  • If we approve the request, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you.

Refunds

We only process refunds if you receive a damaged or incorrect product—not for sizing issues, change of mind, or unpaid customs duties.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

Cancellations

We totally get it—sometimes, you change your mind! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we can’t cancel since production will already be in progress.
